TERMS AND CONDITIONS (STUDIO)
Welcome to KL Podcast Studio (the "Studio"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Studio's services, including but not limited to studio rental, equipment rental, editing services, and Podcast On-The-Go! packages. By accessing or using any of the Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Studio" refers to KL Podcast Studio.
- "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the Studio's services.
- "Services" refer to studio rental, equipment rental, editing services, long-term packages, and Podcast On-The-Go! packages.
- "Booking" refers to the reservation of the Studio's services.
2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Implicit Agreement: By making a Booking, the Client agrees to these Terms, even if they do not provide a signature.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
3.1. Booking:
- All studio and equipment rental bookings must be made in advance through the Studio's website for in-studio recordings.
- For long-term packages or "Podcast On-The-Go!" packages, Clients need to contact the Studio via WhatsApp at +60173399720 or email at [email protected] to receive an invoice, and the Studio will manually book their session.
- Pricing: Updated pricing applies on weekends, while weekday prices remain the same.
- Booking Times: Bookings are based on the reserved time, not the recording duration. For example, if a Client books 1 hour at 11am, the session runs from 11am–12pm. Late arrivals must still finish at the scheduled end time. Clients may request additional hours if there is no subsequent booking, charged at the same hourly rate. Any overrun will be subject to an additional fee.
- Strict Time Enforcement: Sessions that exceed the reserved time will incur an additional 1-hour studio fee, regardless of the length of the overrun, unless prior approval for extension has been granted and availability allows.
3.2. Payment:
- Full Payment Required: Payment for studio and equipment rentals must be made in full to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via Stripe or Bank Transfer.
- Stripe Payments: Payments made via Stripe are processed instantly at the time of booking, and no additional follow-up is required.
- Bank Transfer Payments: For bank transfers, the Client must complete the payment within 24 hours of making the booking. If payment is not received within this 24-hour window, the booking will be automatically canceled.
- Late Payment Risk: The Studio reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid bookings if payment is not received by the specified deadline. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and an additional charge.
- Long-Term Packages: Clients may purchase discounted 10-, 20-, or 40-hour packages with fixed validity periods. Full details and terms are outlined in Clause 14: Long-Term Packages.
- Weekend Surcharge: Clients with weekday packages who wish to record on weekends must pay an additional RM100 per hour during weekends.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
4.1. Cancellations:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking start time will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking start time are not eligible for any refund.
- Postponements: Clients may postpone their booking if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Each booking may be postponed a maximum of two times within 3 months from the original booking date.
4.2. Refunds:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made in the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation.
5. STUDIO USE
5.1. Equipment:
- Proper Use Required: All equipment must be used in accordance with the Studio's instructions and guidelines. Any damage caused to equipment due to misuse will result in additional charges.
- Professional Assistance: The Studio provides professional operators and crew for recordings. Specific camera angles or minor decor changes (e.g., product placement) must be communicated one day in advance for proper preparation.
5.2. Conduct:
- Professional Behavior: All users of the Studio must behave in a professional and respectful manner towards staff and other users. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the Studio.
5.3. Smoking and Vaping:
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Studio.
- Vaping: Vaping is permissible in designated areas. Please dispose of vaping materials appropriately and avoid causing any damage to the Studio's property.
5.4. Prohibited Items:
- No Alcohol, Drugs, or Weapons: No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or any dangerous items are allowed in the Studio. Any users found with prohibited items will be asked to leave immediately.
- No Outside Food: No outside food (heavy meals) is allowed inside the Studio. Clients wishing to do food review content must inform the Studio in advance.
- Beverages: Coffee and beverages are allowed, but leaving stains will incur a RM100 cleaning fee, applicable to any food items as well.
- No Alcohol or Non-Halal Food: Alcohol and non-halal food are strictly prohibited.
5.5. Outside Cameras:
- Studio Equipment Only: No outside cameras are allowed for podcast recording. All recordings must use the Studio's provided equipment.
5.6. Client Responsibilities:
- Timeliness: Clients must adhere strictly to their booked time slots. Late arrivals will not extend the recording session. See Clause 3.1 for full details.
- Clean-Up: Clients are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their personal items or props.
5.7. Damages and Repairs:
- Client Responsibility: Clients are fully responsible for any intentional or accidental damage caused to studio property, equipment, furniture, or fixtures during their session.
- Repair Charges: If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client accordingly. Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue.
5.8. Client Conduct and Blacklisting:
- Blacklisting Right: The Studio reserves the right to refuse future service to any Client who repeatedly violates these Terms, behaves inappropriately, is verbally abusive, or fails to settle outstanding payments.
- Reporting Abuse: Staff and operators are empowered to report misconduct or service disruption. The Studio’s decision to deny future bookings is final and not subject to appeal.
6. RECORDING FILES
6.1. Delivery:
- Google Drive: Recording files will be sent to Clients via Google Drive. Files will be stored for 7 days. If Clients need more time, they must inform the Studio in writing before the expiration date. Otherwise, the files will be permanently deleted. Files are sent within 24-48 hours after the recording session, and the download link is sent to the Client's WhatsApp or email.
- Storage Extension: Clients who require extended file storage beyond 7 days may request it in writing. A nominal fee may apply depending on file size and duration.
7. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
7.1. Liability:
- Not Responsible for Damages: The Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the Studio's Services.
7.2. Indemnification:
- Hold Harmless: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the Studio's Services.
- Content Responsibility: The Studio is not responsible for the content of any recordings made in the Studio. Clients are fully responsible for their content, including any legal issues, controversies, or government actions related to the content.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. Ownership:
- Studio IP: All intellectual property rights in the Studio's Services, including but not limited to studio designs, equipment, pricing of podcast packages, and Podcast On-The-Go! services, are owned by the Studio.
8.2. Client Recordings:
- Client IP: All recordings paid for by Clients are the intellectual property of the Client. However, the Studio retains the right to use selected clips or behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes on its website, social media, or portfolio with credit to the Client.
- Opt-Out Option: Clients who wish to restrict promotional usage of their content must submit a written request at the time of booking.
- Sponsorship Content: For any sponsorship or endorsement content produced by the Studio, the Studio retains intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated.
8.3. Use:
- Permission Required: Clients may not use any of the Studio's intellectual property without the Studio's prior written consent.
9. MODIFICATIONS
9.1. Modifications:
- Right to Modify: The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with such modifications becoming effective immediately upon posting on the Studio's website.
9.2. Notification:
- Client Notification: The Studio will notify Clients of any modifications to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on the Studio's website.
- Ongoing Acceptance: Continued use of the Studio’s services after any changes to the Terms indicates the Client’s acceptance of those updated Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. Governing Law:
- Malaysia Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10.2. Jurisdiction:
- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10.3. Severability:
- Independent Clauses: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. Mediation/Arbitration:
- Resolution First: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- Binding Agreement: By making a booking, using any service, or proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
14. LONG-TERM PACKAGES
14.1. Details:
- Discounted Packages: Long-term packages of 10 hours, 20 hours, and 40 hours are available with discounts of 20%, 25%, and 30%, respectively.
- Camera Inclusion: All long-term packages include a 3-camera setup per session. This applies regardless of the number of cameras used during a particular session. The package rate remains unchanged.
14.2. Validity:
- Usage Period: Validity of usage is 2 months for 10- and 20-hour packages and 3 months for 40-hour packages.
- Start Date: The validity of the package begins upon the first date of the recording. Clients must use the hours within the validity period. Unused hours will expire after the validity date and are non-refundable.
- Carry Forward Hours:
- Eligibility: Clients must purchase a new long-term package within 30 days from the expiration date of their previous package to carry forward unused hours.
- Maximum Carry Forward: A maximum of 4 unused hours may be carried forward.
- One-Time Transfer: Carried-forward hours can only be transferred once. If these hours remain unused at the end of the new package, they will be forfeited without exception.
- Expiration: If no new package is purchased within 30 calendar days, all unused hours are forfeited permanently.
- No Refund for Unused Hours: Unused hours remaining at the end of the validity period are not eligible for any refund.
- Top-Up Option: Clients nearing expiry may top-up with a 5-hour minimum at the same discounted rate within 14 days of the original expiry date. This option is subject to approval and availability.
14.3. Additional Charges:
- Weekend Surcharge: Clients with weekday-only packages who wish to record on weekends must pay an additional RM100 per hour.
- Add-ons Discount: Long-term package holders are eligible for a 20% discount on Studio Add-ons if purchased together with the package. Add-ons booked separately or during recording will be charged at the standard rate.
14.4. Booking and Payment:
- Advance Booking: All hours must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or email and are subject to availability. Hours cannot be transferred, refunded, or resold. Cancellation or rescheduling follows the standard policy. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to Clients who violate any Terms and Conditions.
- Full Payment: Long-term packages must be paid in full before being confirmed.
Acceptance: By making payment or utilizing the long-term package, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
15. VIDEO EDITING SERVICES
15.1. Editing Service Prices:
- Applicable Rates: Prices apply only to podcasts/videos recorded at KL Podcast Studio. External video editing will be quoted separately.
15.2. Communication:
- WhatsApp Group: A group chat will be created for communication with the editing team.
15.3. Client Responsibilities:
- Timestamps Required: Clients must provide timestamp notes for cuts, highlights, or social clips. Delays may impact delivery timelines.
- Draft Approval: Drafts must be approved or revised within 24 hours. If no response is received, the draft will be considered approved.
- Subtitles/Captioning: Clients must approve caption text within 24 hours. After that, the Studio will consider it final. Any further changes will be billed separately.
- B-Rolls: Clients must provide any b-rolls. KL Podcast Studio will not be held responsible for copyright issues related to client-supplied media.
15.4. Payments:
- 50% Upfront: Editing starts only after 50% payment is received. Final delivery is after the remaining 50% payment is completed.
15.5. Delivery Timelines and Lead Times:
- Standard Timeline:
- Basic Editing: 1–2 days
- Advanced Editing: 2–3 days
- Lead Times: Are estimates and may vary based on workload, editing queue, and delays from the Client.
- Editing Timeline Commencement: Delivery timelines are estimates and begin upon full receipt of timestamps or editing materials.
15.6. Revision Policy:
- Clients are entitled to:
- Basic Editing: 1 revision
- Advanced Editing: Up to 3 revisions
- Extra revisions: RM50 per revision.
15.7. Ownership Rights:
- Ownership: The Client owns the final edited video upon full payment.
15.8. Storage Period:
- Retention: Files are stored for 14 days after final delivery. Clients must download files during this time. The Studio is not responsible for file loss afterward.
15.9. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Post-Recording Cancellations: No refund if editing is canceled during or after the recording.
- Pre-Recording Cancellations: 50% refund of editing fee if canceled before recording.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% initial payment is non-refundable once editing has started.
Service Limitation: The Studio reserves the right to decline editing requests that involve illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
Acceptance: By proceeding with payment or revision, the Client agrees to all editing terms above.
16. PODCAST ON-THE-GO! SERVICES
16.1. Details:
- Pricing: The Podcast On-The-Go! service is priced exclusively for indoor room recordings. It is not suitable for open spaces, halls, or conference-style recordings with an audience unless otherwise agreed.
- Exclusions: Lighting and editing are not included. These are available as separate add-ons and must be confirmed in advance. On-site add-on requests are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
- Full Payment Required: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the event. If canceled after confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Klang Valley Only: The standard On-The-Go! package covers only locations within Klang Valley. For locations outside Klang Valley, transportation charges apply at RM8 per kilometer from the Studio to the Client’s location.
- Scope Limitation: This service is intended for corporate or small-scale setups. Events with complex logistics or live audiences may require a separate quotation and planning session.
16.2. Client Responsibilities:
- Client Liability: Clients are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to their own personnel or equipment during the off-site session.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold KL Podcast Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities resulting from their use of this off-site service.
- Permissions: Clients are responsible for obtaining venue permissions, parking access, and any security clearance required to facilitate a smooth setup.
16.3. Recording Space and Equipment:
- Suitable Space: Clients must provide a quiet indoor space with stable flooring, power sockets, and internet access if applicable (especially for livestreams).
- Security: Clients are responsible for their equipment and belongings on site. KL Podcast Studio is not liable for any loss or theft at the venue.
- Technical Issues: The Studio is not responsible for technical failures caused by the Client’s venue, internet, or electrical setup. Reshoots or refunds will not be granted for such issues.
- Setup Delay: If setup is delayed due to space unavailability, late access, or Client-side issues, the Studio may shorten the session to stay within the booked timeframe. Additional time will be charged at standard hourly rates.
16.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Less than 48 Hours: If cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 48 hours before the confirmed date, full payment is required. No refund or credit will be given.
- Rescheduling Limit: Clients may reschedule up to 2 times only, within a 3-month period from the original booking date. Any further changes may be subject to additional charges.
- Studio Cancellation: In the rare event that KL Podcast Studio must cancel due to emergencies, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at the Client's discretion.
16.5. Intellectual Property:
- Client IP: The Client retains ownership of all recorded audio and video content, including commercial and distribution rights.
- Promotional Use: KL Podcast Studio may use brief, non-sensitive clips or behind-the-scenes visuals for promotional purposes with proper credit. Clients may opt out by notifying the Studio in writing.
Acceptance: By proceeding with any payment, booking, or service request, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
17. PODCAST SERIES PACKAGES
17.1. Booking and Validity:
- Booking and Confirmation: Podcast Series Packages must be booked and confirmed in advance. Clients must select the appropriate episode bundle (1, 4, 8, or 10 episodes).
- Scheduling: Each episode must be scheduled in advance via WhatsApp or email and is subject to studio availability.
- Validity Period:
- 1 Episode: 1 Month
- 4 Episodes: 2 Months
- 8 Episodes: 4 Months
- 10 Episodes: 6 Months
17.2. Session Duration:
- 1-Hour Episode: Includes 2 studio hours (for preparation, recording, and wrap-up).
- 30-Minute Episode: Includes 1 studio hour.
- Overtime: Any recording exceeding the allocated hours will be charged based on standard hourly studio rates.
- Setup and Wrap-Up Time: Clients are advised to allocate enough time within their session to complete setup and wrap-up.
17.3. Weekend Surcharge:
- Weekday-Only Access: Podcast Series Packages are valid for weekday recordings only (Monday to Friday).
- Weekend Recording: Clients who wish to record on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) using their package must pay an additional fee of RM100 per episode for 30-minute podcast episodes or RM150 per episode for 1-hour podcast episodes. Weekend sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to studio availability.
17.4. Package Expiry:
- Expiry: Unused episodes after the validity period will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or transfer.
- Carry Forward: Clients may carry forward 1 unused episode if a new Podcast Series Package is purchased within 14 calendar days of the previous package’s expiry date. Carried-forward episodes can only be transferred once. Any unused episodes at the end of the new package will be forfeited.
- Top-Up Option: Clients nearing expiry may top-up with a minimum of 2 episodes at the same per-episode rate. This option must be exercised within 14 days after expiry and is subject to availability and management approval.
17.5. Pricing for 10+ Episodes:
- Flat Rate: For packages exceeding 10 episodes, the price per episode will follow the 10-episode package rate.
- Scheduling: Additional episodes must be scheduled in advance within a mutually agreed timeframe and within the studio’s availability window.
17.6. Payment Terms:
- Full Payment: Full payment is required upfront to confirm the package.
- Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or shared with third parties.
17.7. Add-ons & Restrictions:
- Advance Booking Required: All episodes must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or email and are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling follow the Studio’s standard cancellation policy.
- Add-ons Discount: Clients are eligible for a 20% discount on Studio Add-ons if purchased together with the Podcast Series Package. Add-ons booked separately or during sessions will be charged at the standard rate.
- Camera Setup: Each Podcast Series Package includes a 3-camera setup as standard. This applies regardless of whether the Client uses 1, 2, or all 3 cameras during any session. The package price remains fixed and is not adjusted based on camera usage.
- ISO Files (Add-On): Clients may request Separate ISO Camera Files as an optional add-on. The rate is RM200 per episode for 30-minute episodes and RM300 per episode for 1-hour episodes. Requests must be made in advance and are subject to file availability.
17.8. Intellectual Property:
- Client IP: The Client retains full ownership of the recorded content and intellectual property rights.
- Promotional Use: The Studio may use clips or images from the recorded sessions for marketing or promotional purposes with proper credit. Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before their first session.
Acceptance: By making payment, booking, or using the Podcast Series Package, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
18. EVENT PODCASTING PRODUCTION PACKAGES
18.1. Scope of Service:
- Coverage: Designed for corporate or public events requiring on-site podcast recording, with optional editing and live streaming. Suitable for indoor venues such as halls, ballrooms, and event spaces.
- Inclusions: Packages include essential podcast equipment and a standard technical crew (e.g., audio engineer and video switcher operator). For larger-scale productions, additional crew such as dedicated camera operators, livestream technicians, or a director may be required and quoted separately.
- Post-Production: Editing services (including episode editing, highlight reels, and branded visuals) are only included in the Advanced Production and All-In Broadcast packages.
- Limitations: This service is not suitable for open-air or public outdoor events without prior consultation. KL Podcast Studio reserves the right to assess technical feasibility based on venue layout, accessibility, and setup limitations.
18.2. Booking & Deposit:
- Deposit: 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Advance Notice: Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability. Custom setups may require earlier notice.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include online bank transfer and credit card via invoice. Payment must be completed before any service delivery or deployment.
18.3. Cancellations & Refunds:
- More than 7 Days: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Within 7 Days: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Studio Cancellation: A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation by KL Podcast Studio.
- Postponement: Clients may request to reschedule the event one (1) time only, at least 72 hours before the original event date. New date is subject to availability.
18.4. On-Site Conditions:
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide a suitable recording environment (quiet, sheltered, power supply, internet if streaming).
- Special Requests: Any additional venue requirements must be communicated during consultation.
- Setup Time: Client must allocate at least 2–3 hours before the event for setup and testing. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by limited setup time.
- Insurance: The Client is encouraged to ensure the venue has general liability insurance covering event activities.
- Risk: Any on-site hazards (weather, equipment obstruction, etc.) must be disclosed prior to setup.
18.5. Add-Ons:
- Add-On Services: Clients may include optional services such as set styling, social media reels, extra microphones or cameras, livestreaming, and podcast uploads. These must be confirmed before the event and are charged separately.
- Late Requests: Add-ons requested within 48 hours before the event are subject to approval and may include a rush fee.
18.6. Deliverables & Timeline:
- Raw Files: Delivered within 48 hours.
- Edited Episodes: Delivered within 3–5 working days (depending on package).
- Same-Day Highlights: Delivered on the event day (if purchased).
- Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions. Additional changes may incur editing fees depending on scope.
18.7. Liability and Permissions:
- Permissions: Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, licenses, or clearances related to the event content.
- Liability: KL Podcast Studio is not liable for any content-related legal issues or infringements.
- Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify KL Podcast Studio against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the content, participants, or location usage.
18.8. Force Majeure:
- Delays: KL Podcast Studio is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).
- Rescheduling: In such cases, the Studio will work with the Client to reschedule services at a mutually agreeable time.
Acceptance: By proceeding with any payment, booking, or service request, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
19. PODCAST EQUIPMENT RENTALS
19.1. Rental Terms:
- Rental Options: Clients may rent professional podcasting equipment for 1-day, 2-day, or 3+ day durations.
- Deposit: A 2-day rental fee is required upfront as a security deposit.
- Rental Period Start: The rental period begins at the time of equipment handover and ends upon the agreed return time.
19.2. Usage and Responsibility:
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for proper usage, care, and security of the equipment. Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
- Setup Support: Setup assistance and guidance are available upon request.
- Damage Assessment: In case of damage, the Studio will assess the repair or replacement costs, which will be billed to the Client. Disputes regarding damage must be raised within 24 hours of return.
19.3. Booking & Collection:
- Advance Booking: All rentals must be booked in advance.
- Timely Return: Collection and return must be within the agreed window. Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Functionality Check: Equipment will be tested before handover. Clients are advised to test all items upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
- Late Return Penalty: A late return fee of RM50 per hour or RM200 per day may apply if equipment is returned past the agreed time without prior approval.
19.4. Cancellation:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the collection date are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
19.5. Area Coverage:
- Klang Valley: Equipment rental is intended for Klang Valley usage unless otherwise agreed.
- Outstation: Delivery and pickup outside Petaling Jaya or Damansara will incur additional charges.
19.6. Risk & Liability:
- Injury & Claims: KL Podcast Studio is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or third-party claims arising from misuse or improper setup.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify the Studio against such claims.
19.7. Late Payment Clause:
- Overdue Payments: For corporate or invoice-based clients, payments not settled by the due date will incur a 5% late fee every 14 days.

19.8. Showcase & Portfolio Rights:
- Promotional Use: Unless agreed otherwise, the Studio may showcase final edited work (audio/video) in its portfolio, website, or social media with appropriate credit.
- Opt-Out: Clients may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request at the time of booking.
19.9. Usage Restrictions:
- Prohibited Use: Equipment must not be used in high-risk environments (e.g., rain, construction zones, extreme temperatures) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Sub-rental Prohibited: Clients are not allowed to rent out or sublease the equipment to third parties.
