We currently operate from Petaling Utama and Damansara Damai. Petaling Utama is home to Studio A, Studio B, and Studio C, while Damansara Damai is our standard podcast recording studio.

No. Many clients record their first podcast episode with us. Our team will guide the basic technical setup, recording flow, microphone use, camera framing, and file delivery process.

You can record podcasts, video podcasts, interviews, business podcasts, corporate shows, creator talk shows, educational content, training videos, panel discussions, solo content, virtual podcast sessions, and branded content.

Yes. You can WhatsApp us to check availability. Please include your preferred date, time, number of speakers, and which studio or package you are considering.

We accept online payment through Stripe where available, and bank transfer for eligible bookings. Bank transfer bookings must usually be completed within the stated payment window to secure the slot.

Yes. Studio sessions are only confirmed after payment is completed. This helps us reserve the room, crew, equipment, and preparation time for your session.

Rescheduling may be allowed depending on the notice period and availability. Please inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling terms may vary depending on the package, promotion, or production arrangement.

Cancellation terms depend on the timing and type of booking. As a general guide, last-minute cancellations may not be refundable because the studio, crew, and production slot have already been reserved.

Depending on the studio and package, your session may include microphones, cameras, lighting, mixer, headphones, and basic technical operator support. Exact equipment varies by studio and package.

No. Our studio packages already include our in-house recording setup. If you want to bring your own equipment, please discuss it with us in advance so we can confirm whether it is suitable.

Yes. You can choose based on your content needs, budget, preferred look, number of speakers, and recording style. Our team can also recommend the best studio for your session.

Your booking time starts according to the reserved slot, not your arrival time. If you arrive late, the session may still need to end at the original scheduled time unless an extension is available.

Extensions are subject to studio availability and additional charges. If there is another booking after your session, extension may not be possible.

Yes, but please inform us in advance. Each studio has its own comfort capacity, and additional guests may affect space, setup, and recording flow.

Light drinks may be allowed, but food is generally not encouraged inside the recording area. Clients are responsible for cleanliness and any damage caused during the session.

Recording files are usually delivered within 24–48 hours after the session, depending on the recording type, file size, upload queue, and service selected.

Files are usually shared through a download link, such as Google Drive. The link may be sent through WhatsApp or email depending on your booking details.

Standard file storage is limited. Please download your files as soon as possible after receiving the link. Extended storage may be available as an add-on.

Standard deliverables depend on your selected package. Raw multitrack audio, ISO camera files, or additional file formats may be available as paid add-ons where applicable.

Please inform us before booking if you need urgent delivery. Rush delivery depends on crew availability, upload time, file size, and the type of recording.
