Here are the practical details customers usually want to know before choosing a podcast package.
What's included in an Episode Package?
Each standard Episode Package includes one hour of three-camera studio time per episode, a studio operator, your chosen Basic or Advanced Editing tier, three Basic Social Cuts and a standard Spotify-compatible audio-only export. Podcast Starter is a separate one-camera package with an edited episode limited to 30 minutes.
Does a one-hour recording session guarantee a one-hour final video?
No. Your one-hour reservation includes any guest preparation, microphone checks, retakes and recording activity within that time. The final edited episode may be shorter. The standard Episode Package allows editing of up to 60 minutes of finished content; that is an editing ceiling, not a guarantee of 60 minutes of recorded conversation.
Can I book Podcast Starter more than once?
Yes. Podcast Starter is available for repeat bookings. Its smaller scope stays the same: a one-camera studio setup, one hour of recording time, Basic Editing up to 30 minutes, three Basic Social Cuts and an audio-only export.
Can I record multiple episodes on the same day?
Yes, subject to enough studio time and available consecutive slots. One standard Episode Package entitlement covers one reserved studio hour and one edited episode. Batch-recorded episodes each use their corresponding episode entitlement; they do not have to be published immediately or weekly.
How do payments work for 8- and 10-episode bundles?
These bundles use an agreed 50% initial payment and 50% balance arrangement. The remaining payment is due at least three business days before recording Episode 5 of an 8-episode series or Episode 6 of a 10-episode series, including when episodes are batch-recorded. Podcast Starter, single episodes and 4-episode series normally require full payment upfront.
When do I need to use my recording credits?
Episode Series recording validity is one month for four episodes, two months for eight and three months for ten, starting from the first recording. The first session should normally take place within 30 days of purchase. Validity applies to recording sessions; editing and delivery can continue afterwards under the agreed production schedule.
What's different about Long-Term Studio Packages?
Long-Term Packages provide discounted studio recording hours and the stated equipment/operator support, but do not include editing or Social Cuts. Choose an Episode Package or Content Partner plan when you want KLPS to prepare finished podcast episodes and included social clips.
Can I carry forward an unused Content Partner episode?
Yes. Up to one unused monthly episode recording entitlement may move into the immediately following month, subject to availability and the agreement's validity. Credits do not accumulate indefinitely. The initial Content Partner commitment is three months, with monthly payment in advance.
What if I need to reschedule, or book on a weekend?
Please request any rescheduling as early as possible; 48 hours' notice is the standard benchmark, and changes remain subject to availability and the accepted booking terms. Weekend/public-holiday surcharges depend on the studio and selected setup. Review the applicable quote and Terms & Conditions before confirming payment.
