General Info
1What is KL Podcast Studio?
We are Malaysia’s 1st podcast rental studio, offering podcast recording spaces, editing, On-The-Go services, and production support.
2Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, just contact us via WhatsApp or email to schedule a walk-through.
3What equipment is provided and who manages it?
Each studio includes podcast mics, video cameras, lighting, mixer, headphones, and a studio operator to handle the session.
Booking & Payment
1How do I book a session?
Studio sessions are booked via our website. For packages or custom services, contact us by WhatsApp or email.
2What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (credit/debit card) or bank transfer. Bank transfers must be completed within 24 hours.
3Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Sessions are only confirmed after full payment.
4What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days = full refund. Cancel 3–6 days = 50% refund. Cancel <72 hours = no refund.
5Can I postpone my session?
Yes, up to 2 times if requested 48 hours before the booking. Reschedule must be within 3 months.
Studio Use
1What if I’m late or need more time?
Sessions start and end at the booked time. Overtime will be charged an extra 1-hour fee.
2Can I bring my own camera or use my phone?
Phones can be used for behind-the-scenes content only. Recordings must use our equipment.
3Can I bring outside food?
Light snacks and drinks are allowed. No alcohol or non-halal food. Cleaning fee applies for spills.

Files & Editing Services
1When will I get my podcast files?
Within 24–48 hours via Google Drive. Stored for 7 days only.
2Do you offer editing services?
Yes. We offer full editing including subtitles, reels, intros, and more. Pricing depends on scope.
3Can I opt out of promo use?
Yes, by notifying us in writing before your session.
Packages & Off-Site Services
1What long-term packages do you offer?
10, 20, or 40-hour packages with up to 30% savings. Valid for 2–3 months.
2Can I carry forward unused hours?
Yes, up to 4 hours if a new package is purchased within 30 days.
3What is a Podcast Series Package?
A discounted multi-episode plan (1–10 episodes) with flexible validity. Extra weekend charges may apply.
4Do you offer Podcast On-The-Go! for off-site recording?
Yes. It’s available in Klang Valley. Outside areas incur a transport fee of RM8/km.
5What is your Event Podcasting service?
A mobile team for corporate/public events with full production, optional livestreaming, and editing.
