Pricing notes: Studio rental is billed for all reserved hours; livestream charges use a first-hour rate plus the published additional-hour rate. Weekend/public-holiday rates apply to the studio portion. A second livestream platform, graphics, rehearsal, editing, and any custom setup are separate. Half-day, full-day and recurring seller livestreams can be quoted as tailored arrangements.

Additional Livestream Platform
Add another destination such as YouTube or Facebook using the same programme feed. Individual layouts and separate platform management are not included.
Technical Rehearsal / Test Call
Optional check of the virtual guest connection or live workflow. A same-day rehearsal can be arranged for up to one hour before your session.
Basic Livestream Visual Design
A simple branded visual such as a logo frame, standard lower-third, holding screen or basic stream layout created by KLPS.
Full Livestream Visual Pack
A coordinated set of stream visuals, including countdown, branded frame, holding screen, lower thirds and simple promotional slides.

Bring a remote speaker into your KLPS studio recording using Zoom, Riverside, Google Meet or a similar compatible platform. Choose whether you operate the connection or have KLPS manage it.
Virtual recording is not a public livestream. It can be booked separately or discussed alongside a livestream project.
You bring and manage your own device/platform. KLPS provides the in-studio audio/video recording feed and monitoring headphones.
KLPS assists with the virtual setup, guest connection, basic monitoring and agreed recording workflow. Remote tracks depend on platform capabilities.
Both options require a suitable studio booking. Platform/account compatibility and deliverables are confirmed before production.

Questions before you go live?

Does the livestream price include studio rental?
No. The RM150 Simple and RM250 Managed first-hour fees are livestream add-ons. Your studio session is charged separately. For example, a one-hour weekday Studio B, one-camera booking with Simple Livestream totals RM300 (RM150 studio + RM150 livestream). Use the studio pricing section above to compare your full estimated cost.
Which platforms can KLPS livestream to?
We can assess streaming to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram, depending on the platform’s current rules, your account permissions and the supported connection method. The base service covers one agreed platform. Each additional platform using the same feed costs +RM100 per platform per hour.
Do I need my own streaming account or stream key?
Yes. Please have access to the account or page that will host the livestream, with any required streaming permissions enabled. KLPS will confirm how to connect during planning or the technical check. Do not send passwords or private stream keys in an open WhatsApp conversation; our team will agree on an appropriate access method.
What is the difference between Simple and Managed Livestream?
Simple Livestream covers one platform, basic stream setup and monitoring, plus up to two simple scenes using ready-made client assets. Managed Livestream includes active technical operation for agreed scene changes, slides, video playback, branded frames or presentation flow. Custom graphics and visual design are separate where required.
Will I receive a recording after the livestream?
The files you receive depend on the studio package and deliverables confirmed in your booking. Please confirm whether a local switched-master recording is included and its delivery format. A platform replay is not the same as a locally recorded master, and separate ISO camera files or post-production editing are not automatically included.
What if the internet connection or livestream platform has a problem?
KLPS checks the agreed video, audio and streaming connection before going live. A stable connection and suitable account permissions are essential, but internet, platform and other third-party interruptions cannot be completely ruled out. If the event is critical, ask us about rehearsal, connectivity planning and a suitable backup workflow before confirming your quotation.
Can a remote guest join my livestream?
Potentially, yes. We can assess a suitable video-call or virtual guest workflow for your selected platform and studio setup. Guest devices, internet quality, recording permissions and audio routing all affect feasibility. Self-Operated or Studio-Managed Virtual Recording can also be booked for remote conversations that are not being broadcast live.
Booking note: The livestream add-on is separate from studio rental. Platform compatibility, technical support, connectivity arrangements, rehearsal requirements and final recording deliverables are confirmed before booking. All estimated charges are subject to the accepted quotation.
