All tiers include one 16:9 1080p MP4 final master, subject to usable source media and the accepted scope. Captions, Social Cuts, thumbnails, publishing and editable project files are separate services unless part of an agreed bundle.

Pricing & scope notes: *First-draft timings are estimates from the next business day after footage, brief, approvals and required payment are complete. Footage suitability, extra duration, advanced repair, media intake and third-party licences may change the quote. Standalone Basic Editing does not automatically include an audio-only export; Episode Package inclusions are separate. Multicamera editing requires actual available camera recordings.

Our Podcast Starter, Episode Series and Content Partner offers include studio recording. They're separate from the post-production-only bundles above.
Before you book: All bundle prices are for the defined scope and suitable footage. Client-supplied media may require an intake assessment and additional charges. Monthly plans are prepaid and depend on an agreed production schedule; unused capacity, changes, licensing, rush work and final deliverables follow the accepted quotation and Work Order. These are not unlimited editing plans.

From preparing your footage to revisions, deliverables and handover, here's what to know before starting a KLPS Post project.
Can KLPS edit footage recorded outside your studio?
Yes. We can assess client-supplied footage from your own cameras, a different studio or another production team. Organising, synchronising and checking that material can involve extra work, so your quotation is based on a media assessment. The standard RM200 Basic Editing price is for a suitable KLPS switched-master source, not every outside recording.
What should I prepare before sending my footage?
Please provide the original video and audio files, the intended episode length, camera count, an editing brief, any timestamps, approved logo and brand assets, names and spellings, and your preferred deadline. KLPS will confirm your source files, scope, quotation and the inputs required before marking the project Ready for Edit.
Do I need to provide timestamps, or can KLPS select the best moments?
Basic Editing uses exact client-directed cut timestamps, with up to 10 specified cuts. Basic Social Cuts also need the exact moments selected by you. For short-form content, Clip Discovery can be added at RM100 per started hour of source material, subject to selection approval. Higher editing tiers can include more editorial decision-making within their defined scope.
How long will my edited episode take?
For qualifying long-form episodes up to 60 minutes, estimated first drafts are Basic 2–3, Advanced 3–5, Premium 5–7 and Elite 7–10 business days. These are first-draft estimates, not guaranteed publication dates. Timing begins after the project is Ready for Edit, including agreed scope, usable files, required information and payment. Rush requests need separate approval.
How many revisions are included, and how do I send feedback?
Basic and Advanced long-form editing include one consolidated revision round; Premium and Elite include two. A revision round means one collected set of timecoded comments from the authorised approver. Basic Social Cuts include technical corrections; Advanced includes one consolidated round; Premium includes one creative review plus technical corrections. New footage or a major change of direction may need a separate quotation.
Are subtitles and Social Cuts included with long-form editing?
Not in the standalone Basic, Advanced, Premium or Elite long-form tiers. Full-episode captioning, Social Cuts, thumbnails and publishing support are separate services unless expressly included in a selected post-production bundle or recording-inclusive package. For example, Basic Social Cuts are RM150 for three, while the Publish-Ready Episode bundle combines several outputs.
Will I receive an audio-only MP3 as well as the video?
The standard editing deliverable is the agreed video master. Advanced Editing and above include a standard audio-only export under the current rate guide. Standalone Basic Editing does not automatically include an MP3; an audio-platform WAV/MP3 export is available separately. Some KLPS Episode Packages and Content Partner plans specifically include an MP3 even when Basic Editing is used.
What if my episode is longer than 60 minutes?
The long-form editing tiers cover a finished episode of up to 60 minutes. Additional final duration can be quoted in started 15-minute blocks at RM75 for Basic, RM100 for Advanced, RM175 for Premium or RM250 for Elite. Unusually long or complex raw material may also require an intake or scope assessment. We will confirm any additional charges before editing.
Can I get the editable Premiere Pro or other project files?
Final rendered files are included as specified in the accepted project scope. Editable project files, timelines and other Working Files are not included automatically. Editable Project File Handover may be quoted separately, currently proposed at 30% of the post-production fee with a RM300 minimum, subject to technical and licence restrictions.
Will my unreleased footage stay confidential?
KLPS treats unreleased client recordings and drafts as confidential project material. Portfolio or promotional use requires your opt-in or written approval. Storage, authorised editing tools, optional restrictions on cloud or AI-assisted processing, and the file-retention period should be confirmed in the accepted project agreement. Please tell us about any NDA or sensitive-material requirements before transferring files.
How do I confirm an editing project and arrange payment?
Share your project brief and source information first. KLPS will confirm the service tier, deliverables, schedule and charges through a quotation and project scope or Work Order. The applicable payment schedule, approvals, any changes and release of clean final files will be stated in the documents you accept. Please do not assume a production slot or deadline is reserved before confirmation.
Project note: Prices, editing limits and first-draft times shown here are based on the KLPS 2027 post-production schedule under an October 2026 staged pilot. Final scope, fees, payment, privacy arrangements and handover conditions are subject to the accepted quotation, project agreement and applicable KLPS policies.
