Pricing notes: The amounts above are the published weekday/weekend package rates for 1, 2, 4 or 8 booked recording hours. Weekends use their own rate; public holidays are quoted separately. Setup access, travel, venue suitability and any additional requirements are confirmed before booking. Prices are estimates until KLPS issues and accepts a quotation.

Internet is only needed for services that require connectivity, such as livestreaming or remote guests. An ordinary offline recording does not generally require venue internet.

Before we bring our crew to your venue, here are the details worth knowing about setup, recording hours, travel, file delivery and booking.
Can KLPS record at my office, hotel or event venue?
Yes, subject to a venue assessment. Offices, private rooms and controlled indoor spaces often suit a standard On-The-Go setup. Larger halls, spaces with an audience and sheltered outdoor areas may need additional technical planning. You can share venue photos or a simple floor plan for our team to review.
What do I need to prepare at the location?
Please arrange a suitable recording area, accessible power points, permission to use the space, and a convenient route for equipment loading. A quieter environment helps us achieve cleaner audio. We’ll confirm space, access, parking and other requirements after reviewing your project.
Do I need to provide internet access?
Not usually for a standard recording that is saved locally. However, livestreaming, virtual guests and online contributions require a suitable internet connection or a separately agreed connectivity solution. We’ll review the connection and any backup arrangements before confirming live production.
Does the package price include transport and travel?
The published package price covers the stated recording setup and agreed on-site technical operation. Travel, parking, tolls, accommodation or other location-related costs may apply depending on the venue and scope. Any applicable charges will be identified in your quotation before you confirm.
Is setup and sound-check time included in the booked hours?
We arrange equipment loading, setup, sound checks and pack-down around your production schedule. Please allow separate venue access for these activities. Whether any preparation or additional crew time is chargeable will be stated in the quotation; do not assume that the booked recording hours cover all venue access needed.
Can I extend the session or request extra equipment on the day?
An extension may be possible if the crew, equipment and venue schedule allow it. Extra hours, microphones, crew, PA integration or other changes may attract additional charges. Please tell us about likely changes early so we can include an appropriate allowance in the quotation.
What recording files will I receive?
Deliverables depend on your selected package. Basic includes a single-camera video; Plus includes one live-switched master; and Premium includes the switched master plus individual camera recordings (ISO files). Editing, Social Cuts, alternate exports and livestream outputs are separate unless specifically listed in your accepted quotation.
How and when will the recording files be delivered?
Files are normally supplied through an online download link, such as Google Drive. The delivery timeframe depends on session duration, file size, upload requirements and any post-production work. We’ll confirm the applicable delivery arrangements in your quotation so you can plan your content release.
Can I add editing or Social Cuts after the recording?
Yes. We offer long-form editing and Basic, Advanced or Premium Social Cuts as separate services. Let us know if you want finished episodes, subtitled short clips or other exports; our team will confirm the scope, source-file suitability, turnaround and additional fee.
How do I confirm, reschedule or cancel a booking?
We first agree on the project scope, dates and quotation. A booking is secured once KLPS confirms the applicable payment or deposit requirements have been met. Rescheduling, cancellation and any refund calculation follow the accepted quotation and KLPS Terms & Conditions. Please notify our team as soon as plans change.
