Note: For the Video Podcast (Plus) and Video Podcast (Premium) packages, your video will be a single feed, with multicam switching done live by our studio operator based on active speakers during the recording session. The finalized video, recorded in crisp 1080p, will be sent to your email within 24 hours via Google Drive. If you'd like an immediate transfer post-recording, please bring an external HDD or a pendrive (min. 16GB); however, these files will be as-is without review. Note: The Long-term Studio Package is designed to offer substantial savings for extended engagements. The packages are available in 10, 20, and 40-hour increments with discounts of 20%, 25%, and 30%, respectively. The validity periods are 2 months for the 10 and 20-hour packages, and 3 months for the 40-hour package. The validity period begins on the first date of recording, and any unused hours will expire after this period.

If a national holiday occurs and the Studio is closed, the validity period will be extended accordingly. Unused hours can be carried forward if a new package is purchased within 30 days of the expiration date, up to the maximum hours of the new package. Clients with weekday packages who wish to record on weekends must pay an additional RM100 per hour. Long-term package holders are eligible for a 20% discount on the Studio Add-ons package if purchased at the same time as the long-term package.

All rental hours must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or email and are subject to availability. The hours are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold. Long-term packages must be paid in full before the booking is confirmed. For full details, please read the Terms and Conditions.
