Note: All bookings must be paid in full to secure your session. For bank transfers, please complete payment within 24 hours after booking to avoid cancellation. Sessions are based on the reserved time rather than recording duration, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your recording time without a refund. If your session exceeds the booked time, additional hourly rates will apply. Cancellations made 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 3 days receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your booking.

Note: The Long-term Studio Package is designed to offer substantial savings for extended engagements. The packages are available in 10, 20, and 40-hour increments with discounts of 20%, 25%, and 30%, respectively. The validity periods are 2 months for the 10 and 20-hour packages, and 3 months for the 40-hour package. The validity period begins on the first date of recording, and any unused hours will expire after this period.

If a national holiday occurs and the Studio is closed, the validity period will be extended accordingly. Unused hours can be carried forward if a new package is purchased within 30 days of the expiration date, up to the maximum hours of the new package. Clients with weekday packages who wish to record on weekends must pay an additional RM100 per hour. Long-term package holders are eligible for a 20% discount on the Studio Add-ons package if purchased at the same time as the long-term package.

All rental hours must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or email and are subject to availability. The hours are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold. Long-term packages must be paid in full before the booking is confirmed. For full details, please read the Terms and Conditions.
